Voice recognition

From Virtual-Phone-Number

Jump to: navigation, search

Voice recognition systems are complex and expensive. Fortunately, when you mix them with VoIP and virtual numbers, you can have an easy and affordable solution. It works like this: you buy a virtual number, and route it to a voice recognition server. For example, people call your virtual number, and the system lets them navigate through a voice-recognition-based directory. When they finally decide which extension they want to call, the call is routed.
